The Whole Body MRI scan will evaluate your body for cancers, diseases and other conditions.
- The head and neck will be evaluated to look for any detectable cancers, aneurysms, and ischemic injury. The spine will be assessed for cord abnormalities, disc herniations, and degenerative changes.
- The chest will be assessed for any masses greater than 1.5cm.
- Many vital organs in the abdomen and pelvis will be assessed for tumors as small as 1cm and other diseases. Organs imaged will include the liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen, kidneys, adrenal glands, urinary bladder, ovaries, uterus, and prostate.
- The shoulders, hips, and knees will also be assessed for obvious musculoskeletal conditions.

What you will be screened for
- A complete head & torso scan, with the addition of a spinal evaluation

- Ankle assessment included for people less than 5'9" or 175cm tall
- Solid organs of the chest, abdomen, and pelvis for solid tumors 1.5cm or longer

- Malignant cancer compared to benign conditions such as cysts, hematoma, hemangiomas and abscesses
